Fibonacci Progression: This betting progression is based on the series developed by the famous mathematician of the same name. This series is found all throughout nature so it shouldn't be a surprise that it works very well in gambling. The series if formed by adding the two previous numbers in the series as follows: 0 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 etc. Betting of course starts at the first "1". For each loss, move ahead once in the progression. When you win, make the same bet again without moving ahead in the series. If you win again this second time in a row, stop... you've made a profit. If you lose the second time, continue moving ahead in the series. A bonus is that you don't necessarily have to win twice in a row to show a profit... if you win, lose on the second try, but then win immediately after on the next term in the series you'll also show a profit. The advantages of this series over most of the others are that bets are not doubled but increase fairly gradually after each loss, and also the multiple ways to end the series with a profit. It is relatively rare for a series to grow to an uncomfortable size before getting EITHER a WW or WLW combination. |
