BDalt Craps Betting Strategy:
Part of the success for this system (or any other system for that matter)
depends on good money management. To increase your chances for success, first
follow these rules:
Leaving a winner:
- If you're up a substantial amount (ie several hundred dollars or more),
leave with your winnings the first time a shooter causes you to lose more
money than you won during his hold of the dice.
- If the table is choppy (non-streaky), leave when you're up 15% over your
buy-in.
Leaving a loser:
- Set a loss limit equal to 10 times the amount of money you'll have on the
table at any one time. STICK TO THIS LIMIT!
- If you come close to your loss limit but your luck turns around, leave
when you have recouped 75% of your losses. You'll still be down from what
you started with but it's better than losing the full amount.
With these money management practices in use, here is the system:
- To keep the casino edge as low as possible, try to play at a table that
allows the highest possible "odds" bets.... preferably 10 times
odds.
- Place a line bet along with a maximum odds bet. Eg. $5 line bet with $50
odds
- On the next roll when the point is established, place a come bet of the
same amount, again with a maximum allowable odds bet as well
- If either of these two numbers are hit, reduce the amount of the odds bet
on the other number by half.
- If one of these number is hit, you will now place a line bet the same as
before, but now you'll use two come bets. Additionally, cut all of your odds
bets in half from now on. By doing so, most if not all of the money on the
table will be profit only. You can go back to step 2 if you ever fall below
break even.
That's really all there is to it! The advantage of this system is that having
a line bet and one or more come bets allow you to hit at least one number more
than 50% of the time and on a long streak without a seven will make a huge
profit. Placing a lot of odds bets reduces the casino's advantage significantly.
Using the money management principles above allow you to leave often with a win
and leave early when losing.
